Each session starts with relaxation and concentration activities where children become conscious about their body, sensations and emotions. The introduction of mindfulness and meditation at an early age develops better focusing skills, improved emotional balance, ability to listen and be open to others building on self-awareness. The second part of the workshop includes an approach to age appropriate philosophy, story-telling, role play, observation of pictures which then develop into group discussion and debate to express one’s ideas and understand the thoughts of great philosophers.
